Our Service
We provide an AI receptionist service for HVAC and home service businesses. The service answers incoming calls, collects caller information, and helps book service appointments on behalf of our clients.
Client Agreements
Clients subscribing to the $300/month service agree to provide accurate business information for configuration and to use the service in compliance with applicable law, including messaging and telemarketing regulations.
Text Messaging
By providing a phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to appointment confirmations and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to misrepresent your identity or business, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We work to provide reliable, accurate call handling, but do not guarantee every call will be handled without error, or that any particular business outcome will result from use of the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northeast Booking Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms or modify the service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel at any time by contacting us directly.
